Real people behind Z Travel
Z Travel is a small, human-run service. When you reach out, you are talking to someone who genuinely wants to help — not a chatbot or a call center.
Tân leads strategy and operations, and handles the Vietnam coordination side of each client's support plan. He has practical experience navigating the return preparation process and keeps the local contact side organized and current.
Tara is your primary contact in the US. She handles intake, planning calls, and agreed follow-up in both English and Vietnamese — calmly, clearly, and without making your family feel like a support ticket.
Pilot phase
Z Travel is currently working with a small number of families through a controlled pilot. We are taking the time to do each case carefully — not trying to scale before the process is ready.
After each completed trip, we collect honest feedback from the family. That feedback shapes how we improve the preparation process, the local contact approach, and the support flow before we expand more broadly.
